The Role:
- Part-time, Full-time and Casual Positions Available
- Hourly rate based on age and experience
- Preparing and presentation of a range of drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic.
- Serving customers.
- Learn and understand the drink offerings of the business in order to answer customer questions.
- Keeping up with orders from servers during busy lunch and dinner hours.
- Handling cash and other payment methods with accuracy.
- General upkeep, tidying and cleaning of the bar area.
- Glass collecting.
- Table service where needed.
- Stocking up when needed.
- Changing barrels, casks and optics when needed (full training given).
- Lounge service.
- Catering to customer needs.
The Candidate:
- Must be 18 years+
- Access to own vehicle/transport is essential.
- Must be enthusiastic about customer service and have a keen eye for quality of product.
- Be a confident communicator when dealing with customers.
- Must have an energetic, positive, customer-focused demeanor at all times.
- Must be well presented when behind the bar.
- Must be self-driven and intuitive based on the needs of the bar area. There is always something to do between customers, bar tops to clean, glasses to polish, bottles to dust.
The Role:

- Hourly rate based on age and experience
- Politely and accurately taking orders & serving customers.
- Showing guests to tables.
- Learn and understand our menus and drink offerings in order to answer customer questions.
- Working promptly with the kitchen to ensure dishes arrive to guests quickly.
- Handling cash and other payment methods with accuracy.
- Clearing and cleaning of tables in a timely manner.
- Monitoring of your assigned tables to ensure guests are satisfied and courses/drinks are cleared/refreshed when appropriate.
- General upkeep, tidying and cleaning of the restaurant area.
- Catering to customer needs.
The Candidate:
- Must be 16 years+
- Access to own vehicle/transport is essential.
- Must be enthusiastic about customer service and have a keen eye for quality of product.
- Be a confident communicator when dealing with customers.

The Role:
- Part-time, Full-time and Casual Positions Available
- Hourly rate based on age and experience
- Support chefs in a specific work section
- Wash, peel and basic preparation of food items
- Use a variety of kitchen equipment such as mixers, special knives and cutters
- Unload deliveries
- Organise and maintain storage areas
- Wash dishes, clean kitchen appliances, work surfaces, floors and walls
The Candidate:
- Must be 16 years+
- Access to own vehicle/transport is essential
- Must be a team player with a flexible outlook and attitude
- Must work well under pressure
- Must be self-driven and intuitive based on the needs of the kitchen
