Meeting Packages

While you take care of the business in hand, our Events Team will ensure that you have a seamless experience from arrival to departure. Situated only 20 minutes from Carlisle City Centre, our stunning location sets the scene for a successful and productive day.

The Hadrian Suite

The Hadrian Suite is a modern, flexible space with direct access to our Hadrian Gardens. With seating up to 200 delegates theatre style, and a partition to split the suite into two smaller meeting spaces, the Hadrian Suite offers flexibility for any event.

The Bridge Restaurant

Accommodating up to 40 people, Bridge Restaurant offers an ideal setting for intimate celebrations. With a range of catering options available, including a bespoke private dining menu, the Bridge can be designed to complement every occasion.

Hadrian Gardens

Our Hadrian Gardens offers a private space and is ideal for pre-dinner drinks in conjunction with our large event spaces, or for stand-alone celebrations and al fresco dining.

If the occasion calls for it, the Fleece at Ruleholme can be made available to you on an exclusive basis. The exclusive use of the Fleece includes the booking of all 23 bedrooms, dining areas and bar.
